Before your wedding day, we liaise with you, your planner, or your venue to agree on a suitable delivery and setup time. Setup is always completed before your guests arrive.

Our operations team manages delivery, setup, and pack-down, and is separate from the photo booth attendant who assists guests during the event.

Pack-down timing is also confirmed in advance to ensure it aligns with your schedule and venue requirements.

As at the end of 2025, we have completed thousands of weddings across Perth and surrounding areas, including hotels, restaurants, wineries, private estates, and private homes.

Our team understands venue logistics, access requirements, and timing, ensuring setup and pack-down run smoothly.

If your venue is one we haven’t worked at before, we’re happy to arrange a no-obligation site visit with you to review access, space, and layout in advance.

Each wedding photo booth booking includes an experienced team member onsite who can actively operate the equipment or provide support as needed. Our attendants are well trained and know how to manage any issues that arise.

If a more complex issue occurs, our Operations team is available by phone and can remotely access the equipment when internet is available.

Every event also includes backup equipment, including a spare camera and printer. In the unlikely event of equipment malfunction, any lost service time is added back so your guests don’t miss out.

Most wedding photo booth setups require approximately 2.5m x 2.5m. Exact requirements depend on the booth style selected, and we’ll confirm this during planning.

Outdoor setups are assessed on a case-by-case basis. A solid, level surface and adequate roof cover are required for all standard photo booth setups.

The exception is our Roaming Photo Booth, which is designed to move throughout your venue and does not require a fixed setup.

If your event space is fully outdoors without cover, we’ll advise on suitability based on the venue and season.

Yes. Most wedding bookings include instant prints, along with digital sharing options depending on the photo booth selected.

Digital sharing requires a stable internet connection at your venue. If this is important to you, we recommend confirming connectivity in advance.

For weddings, the most popular option is 4 hours of continuous photo booth service during the reception.

Your private online gallery is delivered within 48 hours after the event, ready to download and share.
