More than anything else, IT IS ALL ABOUT YOU and we aim at providing you and your guests an amazing photo booth experience. Thank you for booking our service and for trusting us to be a part of your event. We truly appreciate it.

This article discusses in detail how to personalise your photo booth experience if you have selected to have the Mirror photo booth service for your event. As you know, we offer a variety of services and if you opted for other services and not the Mirror Booth, please let us know and we will direct you to the correct article for your type of service.

Here are the main features of the Mirror Photo Booth service:

  • Can be set-up with or without a backdrop. If you opt on having a backdrop, the selection of backdrops that comes free with the service. You are also welcome to use your own backdrop or upgrade to a flower wall backdrop (additional minimal fee will apply).
  • The Mirror Photo Booth is also widely used without a backdrop – which then becomes a giant selfie station? When used without a backdrop, the Mirror Photo Booth is facing forward.
  • The instant prints produced immediately after your photo is taken can either be in Strip photos (2×6″) – just like the very old photo booths or in Postcard (4×6″) size. For the mirror booth service, the orientation of the photos are in portrait. The mirror is the live view so if you cannot see yourself in the mirror, then you will not be in the photo.
  • We can customise the layouts for your event. We can add names, dates, images and icons, logo, overlays and so much more!
  • Your own logo, texts, messages, font choice and branding can be incorporated in the photo.
  • Digital Sharing Enabled – your guests can instantly send their photos to themselves via SMS, email, or QR code and share them on socials.
  • You can choose between a White Vintage Frame, a Gold Frame, a Silver Frame or a Light (Vanity) Frame.

Mirror Photo Booth Backdrops

The Mighty Booths is proud to curate the largest backdrop collection in Perth. However, if you have a backdrop in mind and we do not have it in our collection – please let us know and we will do our best to source it for you. (additional costs may apply).

Please note that you are not limited to using our backdrops. If you prefer to use your own backdrop, our set-up is so flexible that this will surely be accommodated.

Or, you may not even need a backdrop at all and utilise other elements in your venue instead. For example – a rustic brick wall is a great backdrop.

Flower wall and greenery wall backdrops are also an option for a minimal upgrade costs.

Photo Layout

The Mighty Booths’ photo booth allows you to choose the size of the instant prints in either full postcard size 4×6 inches or cut strip size 2×6 inches.

Upgrade to larger sizes such as 5×7 inches and 6×8 inches can be accomodated for an additional fee.

CUT STRIP 2 X 6 PHOTO LAYOUT

If you choose the Cut Strip 2 x 6 Layout, there will be 2 snaps in each photo.

POSTCARD 4 X 6 PHOTO LAYOUT

Unlike many other photo booth providers, we include 4×6 postcard-size prints at no extra cost.

However, please note that postcard-size prints take approximately twice as long to print as strip-style prints. This means longer wait times, especially at busy events. For larger gatherings, we highly recommend strip-style prints to keep the queue moving smoothly and ensure more guests get their turn at the booth.

We cannot mix the CUT Strip Layout with the Postcard Size Layout.

The Private Gallery will save all the individual snaps and the printed layout for you to view, share and save.

TEXT, LOGO AND OTHER DESIGN ELEMENTS

We treat every photo layout as a unique design opportunity.

Share your vision and any design elements—such as logos, colour palettes, themes, invites or inspirations—and our in-house design team will craft a custom layout tailored to your event.

You’ll receive a detailed mockup for your review and approval before your event is finalised.

HD VIDEO MESSAGING

Our photo booth comes with an added feature – HD Video Messaging capabilities – on top of it’s photo taking capabilities. So your guests can have fun photos takes in the booth then have the option of leaving you fun video messages as well!

HD Video Messaging is an additional service that we can activate for a small fee. Please note however that the video messaging facility is best activated when the photo booth is not closely located to the DJ.

WOULD YOU LIKE TO ADD THE MEMORY BOOK SERVICE OR THE AUDIO GUEST BOOK SERVICE TO YOUR BOOKING

The Memory Book Service is an add-on that we provide for $200. The service includes:

  • the provision of a dry mount album with a hard case, metallic pens, and tape glues.
  • It also includes a dedicated Album Attendant who will place a copy of every photo in the album and will request your guests to write a message next to their photo

If you add the Memory Book service to your booking, there will be 2 staff with the photo booth.

An Audio Guest Book is an alternative to traditional guest books. Rather than capturing written messages from your guests, you capture their voice messages instead. To add the Audio Guest Book service to your booking is $200. The service includes:

  • your choice of Audio Guest Book
  • Leave a Message Neon Sign
  • An A4 instructional sign
  • a combined audio file in MP3 format provided to you within 5 days after your event
