• The Mighty Booths may collect certain personal information such as your name, email address, and/or mobile number when voluntarily provided — for example, when you use the photo booth’s built-in sharing features to send a photo to yourself via email or SMS. These features are facilitated through third-party platforms such as LumaBooth and FotoShare.

• All information provided to us is treated in a confidential manner.
• Where an event organiser or client requests a photo sharing report (e.g. a list of email addresses or phone numbers entered at the booth), and this has been discussed and agreed upon as part of the booking, The Mighty Booths may provide this information only to the client and solely for the purpose of event-related communications and follow-up.
• We do not sell or share personal data with any unrelated third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
• If you prefer your details not be included in such reports, please notify us or the event organiser at the time of the event.
